1. Beta Mode Operation

CarOrbit Technologies is currently operating in a 12-month public Beta phase. By using this platform, you acknowledge that the system may experience technical glitches, downtime, or data loss. The platform is provided strictly on an "AS IS" basis. We bear no legal or financial liability for any business disruption caused during this phase.

2. Platform as an IT Intermediary

CarOrbit Technologies operates strictly as an Intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We provide a technological infrastructure for independent Buyers, Sellers, and Dealers to connect.

We do not buy, sell, or own any vehicles listed on the platform.
We do not guarantee the physical condition, legal title, or accident history of any vehicle.
Any transaction, payment, or physical inspection happens strictly between the Buyer and the Seller. CarOrbit Technologies is completely immune and indemnified from any disputes, frauds, or damages arising from these transactions.

3. Role Definitions

Users on our platform are strictly bound by the following roles:

Buyer

A user intending to purchase a vehicle. Must abide by communication guidelines and is strictly prohibited from bypassing platform lead mechanics.

Individual Seller

A non-commercial user listing a personally owned vehicle. Strictly prohibited from conducting business logic or high-volume sales.

Verified Dealer

A commercial entity bound by our Pay-As-You-Go Wallet model. Governed by a separate, strict Dealer Agreement.

Admin / Executive

Authorized personnel responsible for marketplace integrity, dispute management, and policy enforcement via the Master Control Panel.

4. AI Evaluated Price Disclaimer

Any vehicle valuation provided by "CarOrbit AI" is strictly an algorithmic estimate based on market data. It is an opinion, not a certified valuation, appraisal, or guarantee. We accept no liability if a vehicle is sold above or below this evaluated price.

5. Platform Integrity & Zero-Jugaad Policy

CarOrbit Technologies employs a strict Strike System to enforce marketplace integrity. Any attempt to bypass platform mechanics, extract contact information illegally, spam the database, or defraud other users will result in immediate restriction of access ("Banning") without prior notice or refund of wallet balances.

6. Dispute Resolution & Grievance Officer

This Agreement is governed strictly by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of CarOrbit Technologies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
