2. Approval, EMI & Interest Rates

The final decision regarding loan approval lies strictly at the sole discretion of the partnering financial institution. CarOrbit Technologies holds zero liability for:

Loan Rejections: We do not guarantee approval. Banks may reject your application based on internal policies, income criteria, or credit history.
Interest Rates (ROI): The interest rates displayed on our platform are indicative starting rates. Your final ROI is determined solely by the lender based on your risk profile.
Disbursement Delays: We are not responsible for delays in fund disbursement or vehicle delivery caused by banking procedures.

3. CIBIL Score & Credit Checks Consent

By submitting a "Check Loan Eligibility" or "Request Loan" form on CarOrbit, you provide your explicit consent for our partner banks and NBFCs to access your credit information report (such as CIBIL, Equifax, or Experian).

You acknowledge that this action may result in a "Hard Enquiry" on your credit profile, which can temporarily affect your credit score. CarOrbit Technologies is not liable for any fluctuations in your credit rating resulting from these legitimate banking enquiries.

4. EMI Calculator Estimates

The EMI Calculators provided on car listing pages are purely mathematical tools designed to give you a rough estimate of monthly payments. They do not include processing fees, RTO taxes, insurance premiums, or hidden bank charges. An EMI estimate generated by our UI is not an official loan offer and is not legally binding upon CarOrbit Technologies or our banking partners.
